From its headquarters in the UK and supported by it's commercial offices in the USA, Japan and China, Medicsight PLC develops CT scan image analysis tools. Using image processing algorithms Medicsight has created technology which can be used to assist in the early detection and management of disease.

Medicsight PLC is now at the forefront of one of the highest growth and development sectors of medical imaging: Computer-Aided Detection (CAD). Its market-leading CAD software products have been rigorously tested on one of the world’s largest and most population-diverse, optically verified CT scan databases. The unique software is designed to improve detection and analysis of suspicious pathology, such as colorectal polyps and lung nodules, which may be precursors to colonic and lung cancers.
