Medicsight is committed to providing world-class support services to its customers.

Medicsight has a Service Desk; providing telephone and email support from our in-house skilled technicians. End-users will rely on our partners to receive dedicated first-line support. Our partners will escalate all Medicsight issues immediate to our Customer Support Services. Our support engineers provide single point of contact to our partners for all technical, training and support issues.
