The Company received notification on 31 March 2008 that MGT Capital Investments, Inc. has purchased an additional 999,000 Ordinary Shares in open market purchases in the Company to a notifiable interest of 85,999,000 Ordinary Shares representing 55.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
